"What is my Certification ID?"

You are required to enter a "Certification ID" to complete the first step in your Check Out.

"How to I find my Program Code?"

You need to enter your Program Code as your Certification ID during the check out process.

"I can't log in....."

You are entering your email address and password, but the system won't let you in.

"I didn't get my receipt...Do I need it?"

What purpose does the email receipt serve?

"How do I get out of my course or exam so I can come back later?"
